ORDERING AND PAYMENT
Please check everything carefully before you place your order. Compared to the true dimensions and finish, items may appear smaller, larger or a different colour in the images on the website. If you are unsure or have any questions don’t hesitate to contact us.
Once an order has been placed an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. If this is not received please check your junk folder or contact us.
Please note, customers under the age of 18 are not authorised to make a transaction or register an account.
All payments to Pendalier Ltd are in British Pound Sterling only. All payments are to be made using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners Club or Discovery Cards. Payment will be taken through our online payment gateway (Sage Pay) and will debit when the order is completed at the end of the checkout process.
Orders can be cancelled up to 14 days from date of order. To cancel an order please contact us with the details.
Please note bespoke, custom or made to order items cannot be cancelled as these are made to order / customised to your specification.
Pendalier delivers to mainland UK only.
We are delighted to be able to offer our customers free standard delivery on all orders over £100 (excluding islands and highlands. Please contact us for delivery costs to these addresses). Any orders under £100 will be charged a flat fee of £6.00 per order.
Due to the specialist nature of our products, many items are not held in stock, as such these items are made to order. Delivery times are clearly shown against each individual product.
Our team always aim to give you accurate expectations on delivery times and will keep in regular contact in the event of delays.
Delivery restrictions may apply, for example access to address or through narrow spaces with large items. Please read the product information carefully before purchase. Should delivery be refused and items returned to us, further costs incurred relating to re-delivery will be at the cost of the customer.
If you wish to exchange your item, simply return the original received item (following the returns policy below) and place a new order for the item you desire.
RETURNS – STOCK ITEMS
We hope you love your products as much as we do, however if you would like to return an item, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. You will be provided with a return reference number. The item(s) for return must be received by us within 14 days of notification to return.
Please return the item(s) in perfect condition, unused/not installed and with the original packaging intact. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase, your return reference number and any relevant paperwork included in the original delivery. The cost of returned items are not covered by Pendalier and It is strongly advised that you choose a method of posting that is tracked or obtain proof of posting; Pendalier cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit back to the warehouse.

RETURNS – BESPOKE / CUSTOM / MADE TO ORDER ITEMS
Unfortunately we do not accept returns on bespoke, customised or made to order products. All bespoke, customised and made to order items are clearly identified in the product pages, please check carefully before ordering.
RETURNS – FAULTY / DAMAGED ITEMS
All of our products are carefully checked before they are sent to you. Please inspect your item(s) on arrival and report any faults or damage to us within 48 hours of receipt (contact us). You will be provided with a return reference number, please include this with your returned item(s).
Wherever possible we will aim to replace individually damaged parts of products.
Please note we will require full details and photographs of damage / faults.
If you wish to return the item due to damage, please ensure the item is carefully repackaged in the original packaging, including the receipt or proof or purchase, your return reference number and any other relevant paperwork included in the original package. We strongly advise goods are returned using a method of posting that is tracked or obtain a proof of posting; Pendalier cannot accept responsibility for any items lost in transit back to us.
Once the item has been received and inspected, you will be offered either a replacement or refund (including the cost of post to return the item).
Refunds will be credited to the same card or account that the purchase was originally made with.
Refunds will be made once the item(s) have been received and inspected. In the case of items returned due to fault or damage, return postal costs will also be refunded.
